Standard deliveries start at €5.99, plus €0.80 per kilometre. Express deliveries (within 30 minutes) carry a small surcharge. GreenDrop Plus members pay a lower base fee and per-km rate — see the pricing section for the full breakdown.
You see the final price before you confirm. No hidden fees, no surge spikes.
Yes. Once a driver accepts your order, the tracking screen shows their live position on the map with an ETA. You can also chat with your driver in-app if you need to share door codes or delivery notes.
You can cancel for free as long as no driver has picked up your package yet. Open the order in the app and tap Cancel. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
If a driver has already collected the parcel, contact us at contact@greendroplogistics.com and we'll sort it out case-by-case.
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bancontact is supported via Stripe for Belgium-based customers.
Open the order in the app and tap Report an issue — you can request a refund, flag a damaged item or rate the delivery. For anything that needs a human, email contact@greendroplogistics.com with your order ID.
Head to the driver page and tap Sign up now. We'll ask for your name, email, phone, and your vehicle type (car, bike, e-bike, scooter or motorcycle).
Once your application is approved, finish verification inside the app — upload your ID and vehicle details. Most drivers are ready to start the same day.
Pay is calculated automatically when an order is marked Delivered, using a transparent formula:

Yes. GreenDrop riders work as independent contractors in Belgium (indépendant in French, zelfstandige in Dutch). You are responsible for your own social-security contributions and taxes. In exchange, you keep full flexibility — set your own hours, accept the jobs you want, and ride for other platforms if you wish.
Yes — there are no fixed shifts and no minimum hours. Open the app, mark yourself online, and you start receiving job offers in your area. Toggle yourself offline whenever you want to stop.
