Help build a bike-powered delivery network in Brussels — from the ground up. Honest about the stage we're at.

Reality check: GreenDrop is an early-stage startup. As of 2026 we have a small founding team, a live app, and limited revenue. We are not hiring at venture scale. If you're looking for a polished mid-stage company with established processes, we are not it — yet. If you want to shape what a delivery startup actually becomes, read on.

What we're like to work with

  • Small team, flat structure, a lot of ownership per person.
  • Brussels-based, hybrid by default — we meet up weekly, otherwise remote.
  • EN, FR and NL on the team; you only need to be comfortable in one.
  • We ship in small increments, talk to customers and drivers directly, and don't pretend we've got it all figured out.

If we ever offer you a role, we'll be straightforward about the salary band, the equity (small early-stage companies can offer some, not Series-B amounts), and the runway. No exploding offers, no "rockstar" language.

None right now — we are funded out of founder savings and small early revenue, so we add roles only when we can pay properly. We are, however, talking to people for the prospective roles below. If one fits, we'd love to hear from you.

Founding mobile engineer (React Native)

Pipeline

Own large parts of the customer and driver apps — Expo, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe. Comfortable shipping end-to-end, from schema migration to App Store release.

City operations lead — Brussels

Pipeline

The person who knows every boutique in Marolles and Sablon and would enjoy onboarding them. Drives the partner pipeline, supports our riders day-to-day, and is the human voice on the other end of customer messages.

Founding designer (product + brand)

Pipeline

Push the app and the marketing site forward together. We need someone who is happy moving between a Figma file, a Tailwind class, and a printed sticker.

Riders are not GreenDrop employees — you work as a Belgian self-employed indépendant / zelfstandige with full control of your hours. Apply via the driver page.

What you won't find here

  • Unlimited PTO that nobody takes. If we hire you, we'll agree on a real holiday number and you'll actually take it.
  • Bait-and-switch comp. The salary band we send you is the band, full stop.
  • Manufactured urgency. Hiring a person at our size matters too much to rush.
  • "We're a family" language. We're a small company. We hope to be a good one.
